Art. Life.

Parkour is more of an art than a sport, an expression of one's self through movement. In ways, it's a form of dancing, but instead of staying in a small area, the world around you is your dance floor. And as long as one is fit, anyone can parkour with the will and patience to do so, because parkour takes a lot of practice..

Snow Day

Snowed in today.. XBox and Insanity are the only things on the agenda today.

Worst injury

What's the worst injury or "oh sh*t" moment you experienced while doing parkour?

Cold day for Parkour

It's 25 degrees outside, not really motivated to go out today...

Mid-West Parkour

Anyone have some footage of themselves tearing it up out there in the Mid-West/Southern states?

Joplin Sucks

Joplin MO has to be one of the worst places on the planet for parkour. Downtown blows and the college is a joke. Not a great place for being creative. The parks suck as well.. Just sayin'
